Berbere is one of the most popular spice blends in Ethiopian cuisine. It's typically used as an all purpose seasoning. 

Delicious on grilled shrimp, in sautéed vegetable or mixed with olive oil and used as a rub for chicken. Use to add an extra level of flavor to homemade hummus.
