Baharat is a middle eastern spice blend whose name literally means "spices" in Arabic. It's traditionally used to flavor meats and soups and can even be used as a condiment. 

Our take on this blend has a rich, earthy base with fruity and floral accents. The heat level is moderate and warming.

Use on popcorn, to roast chickpeas or in spiced cookies. Also a delicious addition to plain hummus.

Ingredients: cumin, black pepper, paprika, coriander, cinnamon, clove, cayenne, cardamom and nutmeg.
