Hibiscus is a large, flowering plant. The dried flower is completely edible and is a delicacy in some cultures. 

Adds a beautiful bright pink color to beverages. Put a couple flowers in a glass of champagne for a wedding toast or use in cocktails. Use to make Jamaica tea--a delicious, refreshing beverage. Can also be used in Caribbean style stews.
