A salt that will sink its teeth into any dish. Garlicky and briny with a bite! This is one of our favorite, most versatile salts. It’s delicious in a wide variety of dishes, but here are some of our favorite uses:
Pat on steak, pork chops or chicken before grilling
For something lighter, sprinkle over zucchini or eggplant before grilling
Add to your favorite soup or stew recipe in place of table salt
Put on homemade popcorn or fresh corn on the cob
Use to take your scrambled or fried eggs to the next level
Don't panic, naturally occurring moisture in the salt is totally normal!

What is Vampire Salt?
Great question! Vampire Salt is one of our favorite naturally flavored sea salts. Made from just three ingredients—black Hawaiian salt, Aleppo pepper and garlic—it is the perfect blend of salty, savory and spicy. We use it on just about everything, from roasted vegetables to meat on the BBQ. It can be used as a rub before cooking or as a finishing salt. The grains of black Hawaiian salt are larger than your typical table salt, so a little goes a long way.
Why is it called Vampire Salt?
Though the fragrant garlic would be enough to repel any vampire, the look is a different story. Black, white and blood red—the blend visually reminded Kevin of a vampire, and so Vampire Salt was born.
What do I do with Vampire Salt?
